Pros

Paid Health Insurance, free snacks and drinks and relationships with other account managers.

Cons

Salary, unrealistic goals. Lack of branding of company. The fact that our clients are not happy with results. Wake up and hire managers who care about their employees and stop the micro-managing! Most employees have less than 1 year experience. Why is this?

-Free snacks in stocked company kitchen -Decent Health benefits -Flexible in/out times (Flextime)

Cons

-Antiquated back end systems - Very long sales cycle due to lack of employer marketing -Unattainable goals - ALOT of account vetting to ensure within correct tier - TOO much customer service work to effectively sell ALL the time - Dis-jointed communication between satellite office and corp office
