Company is stuck in the 90s. Many employees are unmotivated and clock punchers because they haven't received raises in so long. Nearly impossible to get promoted or raise. Company lacks innovation and strategy. Run from the top down (one person) with little collaboration from other team members. Company does not like change. Very traditional and formal work environment where ideas and teamwork are discouraged. Layoffs are very common. Salaries are waaaay under market value. No bonuses. Only one week vacation for new people which is accrued. Cold and bitter place to work with no life to it.

The company projects a fluffy, holistic, work-life balance philosophy for its distributors, but corporate employees experience an entirely different reality. Beware; it looks like the majority of "employee reviews" posted here are from distributors and not actual corporate employees. Benefits are decent, but compensation is bottom of the barrel and upward mobility is not even an option, no matter how experienced or valuable you have proven yourself.
