I have been working at Noodles & Company full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The teams become family, no matter who gets thrown into the mix everyone is welcome. Higher ups frequently visit restaurants as a source of knowledge and help the staff learn to grow. There are endless opportunities to grow within the business and get promoted.

    Cons

If you don't know how to take pride in a clean/safe environment and own your station, then this place isn't for you. A lot of people I've met are unhappy with their pay.

    Advice to Management

Keep looking out for your employees.

I worked at Noodles & Company (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good food, pretty much it though..

    Cons

Management is racist. How do I know? I started at Noodles and Company with zero experience and started at $10.25, yet one hispanic and asian employee who started shortly after me with years of experience over me started at $9 per hour... Management will give you requested days off but expect to only work one day the week you requested only one day off. Company uses store cooked and raw meats on same racks right next to each other.

    Advice to Management

    Quit your jobs.

    Pros

Growing company, job stability, decent salaries. Not very physically demanding, room to move up. If you love food this job is for you!

    Advice to Management

Perseverance pays off, 90% of the job is just being there. No part of the job is very complex or challenging. Sticking to the routines is key!
