I worked at Nordstrom full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Nordstrom being a large corporation offers employees great benefits, from 401k match to insurance.

    Cons

As technology continues to advance the brick and mortar stores were changing, and so were the working conditions of employees. It seems at every restructure, management would receive more responsibility with less or the same pay. Salary employees are over worked and taken advantage of, and a work life balance is almost impossible

I worked at Nordstrom full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Competitive Pay Great Benefits Career growth opportunities Personally my team made it possible to somewhat balance a personal life but I know in some situations this could be a con
