Thank you for your review. As an employee in Australia we are happy to see you are enjoying your environment and schedule. Additionally, you feeling very supported by your managers is important to us. The feedback in regards to decisions being more weighted in Americas is being addressed by HR leadership and something as we enter 2018 we will be paying closer attention to. It's important that our key decisions are made globally.

I have been working at Nuance full-time for more than a year

    Pros

As the market leader we get a seat at the table when decisions are being made most of the time. As a salesperson you can't really ask for a better opportunity than that.

    Cons

Some sales op person has convinced the bosses that ticking certain boxes is the key to success. This has resulted in the tail wagging the dog. Instead of management leading and creating the right environment for sales to happen they are more focused on policing box ticking.
