    Pros

    An exciting innovative organisation to work for, have the lastest technology and tools to get the job done. Flexible working conditions, employees the best of the best staff. Great social scene and lots of energy put into upskilling employees in new product development and company vision, roadmap.

    Cons

    Managers that don't have leadership skills, are too lite touch and don't support staff to succeed.

    Advice to Management

    Send Senior Business Managers on training and employee people with stronger communication, motivational intelligence skills and maturity.

    Flexible work locations including home Decent pay Hot space - AI software / services New CEO optimistic but it might be too late

    Cons

    Narcissistic local management Products are MVP Solutions are not core business rather enhancements making it slower priority for customers to adopt - impacting sales performance Projects are painful and over budget Poor Customer Satisfaction Poor staff satisfaction No investment in personal development Management are in it to promote themselves not their team

    Look after your people so they can look after your customers Stop releasing products under baked Invest in your people

      Customer Experience and biometrics is a good market segement

      Very niche product set, Nuance has a very old school on premise solution mentality, they dont get Cloud.

      I have been working at Nuance full-time for more than a year

      Pros

      As the market leader we get a seat at the table when decisions are being made most of the time. As a salesperson you can't really ask for a better opportunity than that.

      Cons

      Some sales op person has convinced the bosses that ticking certain boxes is the key to success. This has resulted in the tail wagging the dog. Instead of management leading and creating the right environment for sales to happen they are more focused on policing box ticking.

      Lead don't listen to the bean counters

      Great boss. Great team to work with.

      On-boarding was confusing. Felt like they were a little stuck up (we are Nuance and the best so why give discounts)
