Pros

Good 'fun' culture with regular team nights out and a summer festival Reasonable payers and good process around career development (in some parts) Office set up was fun and atmosphere generally good A good creative and content team and some great research skills Some excellent work created and some great clients Good intern policy Generous employers

Cons

Overworked teams at one end and underused resource at another Insanely top-heavy management structure - wondered what half of them actually did. Seemed roles were created simply because multiple agencies merged Attempted leap from pure PR into marketing, social and content but had no real skill to do so - hiring of right people to slow and too limited Some die-hard PR folk refused to embrace change (some didn't want it and it was forced on them) Financial management, forecasting and budget control was simply comedic - meant resourcing was a headache A bit of a revolving door for junior to middle staff and plugged gaps with dubious freelancers Fadist - always jumping on the latest terminology and creating silly methodologies
