Pros
They were somewhat flexible with my schedule. I did have to prove myself to be an important part of the team. Otherwise, I don't know if they would have been flexible. - Birthday lunches once every two months - Cool people
Cons
Lots of changes without really looking into processes and how to go about the changes. It results in lots of unanswered questions and disorganization. Very structured, you have to go through 7 different people to get approval.
