      I worked at Oil Search

      Pros

There is not much to think of except that it was a small company when I joined. Good for building experience on the floor, i.e in the field running around and making things happen, opportunities most big companies would not otherwise give you.

      Cons

The salary is very bad with performance reviews not getting any action from recommendations. There is a culture of suppression and the HR couldnt be any worse. I worked at Oil Search full-time for more than 3 years

      Pros

Good place to gain experience but you will have to use initiative, a lot of initiative and self motivation.

      Cons

Very poor salary and employee benefits for citizen employees, especially for engineers

      Advice to Management

Reward you engineers well and keep people that will produce results
