    Positive Outlook

I worked at Olympus Corporation of the Americas full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Convenient location, excellent medical insurance

    Cons

Minimum wage, you get less than 50cents maximum upto 1 $ at the end of year. Improper management, favoritism, no future.

    Advice to Management

Technicians leave because they are given very low wage and no appreciation. Try to retain good technicians with salary and support they deserve. It is impossible to live in GTA with $16 salary

I worked at Olympus Corporation of the Americas full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    As a sales rep:

    - Pay is in line with the industry and the workload

    - Company is loyal to their employees, so it is not a fearful environment

    Cons

    - Inside logistics are a mess and the improvements are too slow
    - Slow to bring leading technology to the market
    - Starting to do "more with less", unfortunately
