    Pros

Flexibility is key in this career. All my colleagues are great to work with. Working for such a large company provides many benefits to organization of our day to day work.

    Cons

The travel can get tireless at times, but when you sign up for a sales support role you should expect this. Scheduling can become difficult as far as trying to get ahold of different hospitals to schedule training sessions.

    Advice to Management

I think they do a really great job. We have had a shift in management in the last couple years and I feel that positive changes have been implemented. Communication is key from management to staff, and I think they just need to continue informing of changes and regulations.
