    I have been working at Omni Hotels full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Top Management live by their culture and value. Omni cares for their employees, even the ones currently in furlough due to the pandemic. They paid for three months our health and welfare and they cash out our disability and vacation time. They are also sending us to different locations on a task force capacity.

    Cons

    The current F & B leadership does not work well in the sandbox.

    Cons

    After reopening from COVID there was lots of misinformation, miscommunication, and a very negative attitude held by management. Safety at the resort I worked at was blatantly shown to be unimportant for employees regarding COVID guidelines
