    Pros

Great people, reliable/stable/scalable enterprise services (legacy)

    Cons

I worked at Omnitracs full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Good coworkers
    Lax company culture
    Decent benefits

    Cons

They preach scrum here like it's the end-all-be-all of agile, even though it's a super rigid methodology.
A large portion of management is completely oblivious to the concerns of their employees. This creates an environment where complaints aren't taken very seriously, either by direct management or HR.
The pay is abysmal for engineers because they hire right out of college, when ignorance of market value is highest. Don't expect this job to last you if you're going to the engineering floor.
To those same engineers, none of what you're going to work on is going to look that good on your resume, but it's definitely a starting point. If you already have some work experience under your belt, skip this place unless you somehow managed to cut a stellar deal.

    Advice to Management

Just listen for god's sake. L-I-S-T-E-N
