On Target has such a fun yet relaxed atmosphere, it’s both professional while everyone is approachable as well. There is a great amount of growth within the company, as supervisors truly see what every individual has to offer! It’s amazing to feel valued and that is how an employee should feel. Everyone works as a team and I recommend this company to anyone :)

I was working as an RBT at a different company for a year and switching to On Target was such a breath of fresh air. They really make sure the staff is happy and their ABA is the real deal. I've now seen so many kiddos come in with almost zero skills, like pointing and making eye contact, let alone speech, and within a short time they are talking and playing normally. They really train you in on teaching these kids basic life skills.
