    Pros

    - Great culture in the lower ranks - ok salary - Lots of locations

    Cons

    - knee jerk reaction decision making - non-transparent business strategy - policies are skin deep - if you are a woman - don't even try to advance, you'll get burned - pressure to do the wrong thing by senior management even if they should know better

I have been working at OneSteel full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Steady routine, flexibility with leave, get paid

    Cons

No training, no career progression, no opportunities, no team work, no reliability. Paid by time spent not by qualifications so you could have all of your tickets and experience on machines but you start out as grade 1 operator still.

    I worked at OneSteel full-time

    Pros

Pay(as low as it was) was in the bank every week. That's the only good thing I can say!

    Cons

If you work in a rural area expect minimum wage. Upper management will lie straight to your face. Oh&s policy printed and hung on the wall looks good but not put into practice on the floor, especially if it cost money. "We budget for 1 death a year"
