I have been working at OpenMarket full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Working here is genuinely a pleasure - the people are all lovely, and it's literally a small community. On the last friday of every month, we all have pizza and beer and the managers give a roundup of the month. There's a really good internal atmosphere and everyone organises teams and activities (climbing, football etc). Our equipment is top-of-the-range and the management system is also very flexible and managers are very approachable. The company has really good values of authenticity, transparency, ownership etc (all found on their site - they actually manage to follow them in a genuine, non-cheesy way) Genuinely couldn't be happier with this role.

    Cons

I may be speaking too soon, but so far, none. My particular role has fairly long hours but I was expecting that so it's not a huge problem.
