    I worked at OpenMarkets full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Great team of smart, curious people who are working hard to make a difference in the healthcare equipment marketplace - Fast-growing company which means huge possibility to see your work impact the business - Strong leadership who aren't micromanagers but allow you to make mistakes, learn from them, and grow. Lots of support and mentorship. - So many opportunities to learn i.e. monthly book club, best mistake contest, and a hands-on environment - Fun, close-knit group with a culture where people care about each other and work to build each other up and succeed together.

    Cons

    It's not for everyone. If you're looking for a place to put your head down and get a paycheck, it's not for you. If you're looking to learn a bunch, play a pivotal role in a growing company, roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty, then it's worth a look.

    I have been working at OpenMarkets part-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Friendly environment. People have a good sense of humor and are passionate about their jobs. Employees came from big places and have a lot to teach. Rapid growth in the first two years. Senior management are friendly helpful people.

    Cons

    Young company, without a lot of structure. Most of the time you have to find the answer yourself instead of asking someone, because they wouldn't necessarily have it. However, when you do ask, they take no offense and would sit down and collaborate with you to come up with an answer together.
