      Working at Optimal was the worst experience of my life. Management is not qualified, fair treatment is nonexistent.

      Pros

      There are some nice people I met there and that is about it.

      Cons

      They overwork people. They have zero respect for their employees. Insurance is lousy, salary is ridicoulosly low. CEO is self-centric. I would never recommend this company to anyone unless you are consultant or a sales person.

      Growing company...Not a top tier U.S based consultancy but very good at staff aug

      Pros

      Good Pay (if you negotiate as a contractor), lots of work, growing company, experienced Senior (C-level) Management

      Cons

      Doesn't feel like a US based consultancy, lots of outsourcing and H1Bs. Disguises Contract work as "full time" jobs. Middle Management are just seasoned consultants with little to no management experience. Too many admin issues (maybe apart of the growing pains)
