      Accepting of different cultures - real diversity here; great Christmas party; accepting of new/different ideas

      Cons

      Company likes to churn through employees rather than retraining - layoffs are frequent; salaries are under market; it isn’t in the CBD; more is expected with less money and less people - formula for burn out

      Advice to Management

      Promote from within. Be loyal to your employees and they will be loyal to you. Help your parent company understand the importance of Australian culture.

      Pros

      Interesting industry, constantly changing and driven. Giving something to work towards every day.

      Cons

      Customer aggression in relation to uncontrollable store level incidents. Company always defends the customer and the staff members being abused. Low pay in comparison to direct competitor "Telstra".

      Advice to Management

      Be prepared for abusive customer in relation to the lack of support the customer has received from customer support and the lack of support or changes implemented to resolve the matters causing the issues. System outage, Rude customer service team, undesirable processes and customer care wait/hold times.

        - Lots of engaged and motivated people with the strong emphasis on going further for customers and with stakeholders - Great CSR and sustainability programmes for staff to get involved in with great backing from the organization - Strong developmental and learning support from team and management

        Cons

        Generally the whole industry is going through a challenging period which affects all telcos in Australia and globally

        Advice to Management

        Continue with the weekly TGIFs and regular engagement with staff!

        Weak management. Schmoozing up appears to be more valuable than delivering actual results that help the company grow

        Pros

        Bonus, Excellent Benefits, Perks, Campus facilities and good overall working environment. Managers is very supportive and work life balance is perfect. Flexibility to work from home.

        Cons

        Too many processes and need to be more agile. Too many systems and require consolidation.

        Advice to Management

        Create more autonomy in the business. Otherwise fantastic leadership culture
