    I joined Opus in October 2014 and in 7 short months Opus has launched six new recruitment services and opened two international offices with another two in the pipeline. The rate of growth is phenomenal and beyond anything I could have ever imagined. Opus offers much more than rewards and amazing training, it offers opportunity and expansive opportunity at that. The chance to see yourself at a Director level in a realistic timescale or even quicker than you could have imagined. As well as this it provides flexibility - not everyone wants responsibility and Opus is accommodating to anyone's choices. The training plan is beyond amazing. All staff members, sales and non-sales, are provided with a tailored and informative introduction, including a meet and great with the CEO. Then they embark on a 12 week programme which continues after completion with weekly training sessions and continual desk-side support. You really are given all the tools you need to perform at the highest quality, from there after it is all down to your own drive and willpower. The rewards are equally as incredible. The uncapped commission, monthly, weekly, sometimes daily incentives are unbelievable! But I think the best thing is, as a non-sales staff member, everyone is equally as rewarded. You do a good job, you are recognised and it just motivates you further. The other thing is that they tailor the rewards. If not everyone is motivated by winning a particular thing, consultants are asked about what motivates them. You also can't work at Opus and not love the atmosphere! Every office is filled with a continual buzz. Every manager is driven, encouraging and fun. They know when to be professional and when to have a laugh and the CEO is beyond compare. He creates a transparency for the business by being approachable. He also sits on the sales floor with all the staff, making him more human but he still just as inspiring and a true leader. Overall, Opus is not a place for those who wish to succeed. It is a place for those who wish to over achieve, beat expectations and in return, get REAL rewards for it and see genuine career progression and professional development.

    The Opus team is a great one to join. The training programme is really guiding and continues after your 12-week programme. The incentives are also great and are available to those of us who aren't consultants. The location in Bristol is prime and just makes the atmosphere so much more enjoyable


    The hours can be tough but it comes with the industry and parking can be a bit of a pain in a city centre.
