Creating a new business takes time so not everything is in place yet, big corporates have procedures for almost everything so patience is key at times

Slow paced. Takes a week sometime to fulfull simple requests. Old tech stack that nobody uses (Still learning those enables an individual to work on any other stack and wouldn't outdate you in terms of skills)
