Senior management treats everyone as an unvalued resource. Lower management has no support from senior mgmt. Oracle processes and technologies are enforced and obsolete. Road maps and responsibilities are constantly changing. Micro management, and more.

The work can be challenging and sometimes seem repetitive. However these are only negatives to some.

For the initiated, you can get lost in the corporate machine but there's always guidance available to get you back on path. Company hasn't t been in flavor and has lost mind share. All the trimmings of a global multinational that operates in nearly every country. Many sub ecosystems in the company, some fast pace and leading but some still stuck in a bureaucratic environment. Lots of whingers as it comes with lots of employees. Avoid the zombies, and they are rotting. Lack of leadership.
