    Pros

    Great vacation, flexible work hours, remote working options.

    Cons

    The company is too large to make agile decisions and changes. It also has so many factions they struggle to do business between those factions and it’s usually the customer who pays the price. Many of the upper managers are also appointed based on political alliances and not actual skill, knowledge, or aptitude. You will very infrequently receive any kind of recognition so unless you’re 100% a self starter and don’t need any kind of validation then this likely isn’t the company for you.
