- Disorganized and no planning when it comes to releases and deployments. Team members are constantly under stress due to many false promises with unrealistic ETAs to clients - Poor training, actually there is no training - Most if not all positive reviews are written by management. People are not stupid! Location has above ground parking only, building undergoing some, renovations can be noisy and bathrooms are nice but too small are not real Cons! People can adjust - The application is a mess and there are constant loading issues which make clients consistently frustrated - This company only has 1 or 3 big clients and if they one day decide that the service is useless to them due to recurring issues and leave, this company will go bankrupt - There is no concept of fun and balance in the workplace. All work and no recognition. They encourage you to work over time but are too cheap to even pay for such work - This company is cheap to the core and will pay well below industry standard, they are willing to pay to remove real (negative) reviews rather than pay employees properly
