    I worked at Orbium full-time

    Pros

Compensation is good comparably. A few managers(not all) are still open to suggestions.

    Cons

What used to be a good culture and organization has lost itself in woeful new managers, more and more cumbersome processes and procedures. Managers lack accountability, are nuance to work with instead of encouraging the team, and just want to appear politically correct. what makes this worse is, despite management knowing it, nothing is done about it. Many attributions took place after projects, but it seems the top management...

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No Opinion of CEO

I worked at Orbium full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    > Company takes care of you > Great benefits

    Cons

    > Almost no chance to explore new technology (they say they do but in reality they do not trust people enough to handle new tech even for internal projects) > No growth > Slow promotion (I worked for two years where I only got a raise once and was never promoted) Managers micromanaging everyone

    Advice to Management

Take care of your employees, and stop taking age into account when considering people for promotion
