Working at Order Desk has been nothing short of amazing. Though it's only been a short journey so far, the knowledge and new skills I have already developed are helping me meet and exceed personal goals. With this in mind I can tell the future is going to be bright. The company holds true to its values and offers each member of the team an equal opportunity to put them into practice. I'll let you know when I find some cons. This is honestly the first job I've held where I cannot think of a single negative quality.

Pros
Having a team that motivates and continues to want you to succeed in your role is probably one of the best feelings. Not only that, they make time to cheer you on and are constantly pushing you to ask questions and spam them for literally anything, job related or not. On top of that everyone embodies the companies values and its clearly shown through everyday work. Genuinely the most comfortable I've felt at any job and a job that I look forward to each day.
Cons
There's honestly no con. The app is complex to it's a constant learning process but everyone is so willing to help that it makes that whole process so much easier.
