    I worked at Orora full-time

    Pros

Very welcoming in the beginning. Pay and benefits were enticing.

    Cons

Worst company I have ever been involved with after two decades of work. Do not be fooled. You will be showered with benefits and welcomed but left high and dry without HR involvement and documentation. Bullying seems to be engrained in the company culture. Employees are not looked after and the way they treat employees is inconsistent with the bright beginnings. There is no recognition of long work hours.

    Advice to Management

See people as human beings and enter the new era of employment where you are being transparent and looking after people who have feelings, dreams and ambitions.

    I worked at Orora

    Pros

The Pay Business Car Sometimes Trips

    Cons

Graduate program is a lie, there is not training. Everyone always blaming the next person, managers never taking responsibility. Everyone smiles in you face and talks behind your back. Typical corporate culture.

    Advice to Management

Take responsibility, help your graduates they don’t know about the industry. Stop making treats

I have been working at Orora full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great passionate environment to work in, strong team environment. Innovative environment, but cost cutting unfortunately happens very often

    Cons

Career progression difficult depending on field, alot of Senior management and middle management which create alot of hurdles.

    Advice to Management

Orora should rely more on new staff members, older more 'experienced' staff aren't always the best informed in the company.
