Pros
1. They work hard to create and document a process for everything, so if there isn't an SOP, there will be! 2. They care about how they are perceived by clients, internal partner, and vendors alike. This level of effort is a sustainable business practice, I wish more companies followed. 3. The executive team cares about each team memebers personal and professional growth.
Cons
1. It's hard work, you will be expected to perform at a high capacity. 2. Long hours due to international calls internally.
