Pros

Nice to see how people in this company downgrade and disrespect each other and new employees. In first hand you can see how employees been treated by the management. Poor business.

Cons

One of the worst working place to be, hostile, micromanagement, low salary, easy to get fired, disrespectful from the day one, low quality in production, everyone in bad mood, to many relatives, cousins, love affairs are involved in this place.

Pros

Working with the people in the office was a pleasure. Everyone is human and down to earth. The display industry is very competitive and every project is unique which keeps life interesting. The company has a decent benefits plan and provides a steady check, for the short amount of time employed.

Cons

Like the title says, it's a revolving door. I was 'let go' exactly 5 months from my hiring. Working in the engineering dept was a good nightmare. There was no one in the office to answer questions that needed an answer to so clearly work can not get done. Being that it was an engineering office, there were plenty of technical details that needed answering and those questions were just left in limbo. Their policy for such people is to kick them out the door at the 5-month mark. One of the worst parts about the whole experience is I was asked to leave my previous job early instead of providing a full 2 weeks which I wanted to do because my previous employer was a gentleman and a professional.

Pros

For the most part everyone is friendly and inviting

Cons

-Commute is terrible if you do not have a car -The senior employees in the engineering department can be rather cold. They never seem busy and seem to know they will not be fired since they have been there so long -Low salary -Quick to lay workers off with no warning. I kept up with 3 other employees hired around the date I was hired, none are still with the company. Its a revolving door of cheap new hires Quote from an employee when I notified them I was being let go: " Don't worry about it. Trust me, they are doing you a favor. You'll find a better place to work at"
