      Pros

      - If you are lucky, you'll get to work with some nice people - You get a very minor salary increase every six months or so

      Cons

      - Management/HR are very slow and communication is lacking. If there is a problematic employee they will take a long time to deal with it even if that employee is impacting the whole team - If you are unlucky, you'll work with some horrible people and management/HR will not deal with them for a while

      Friendly supervisors and managers Plenty of spare shifts when needed A good amount of hours needed for part-time work

      Cons

      Some shifts can be really understaffed and the store gets really busy Some supervisors can be hard to deal with busy hours get really stressful and under preasure

      Pros

      Owners and leaders are lovely and very approachable; Multicultural/diverse team; Good training provide and open communication; Supervisors are there to support 100% of time, always looking after the team, making sure nobody missed your breaks; Team are united and try to keep a good mood even during busy times; Friendly relationship with customers; Uniform provided with daily laundry service; Huge staff room, fruit and bakery treats every day for staff; Fixed hours in contract (no schedule surprises); Treats from time to time, Xmas gift card.

      Cons

      Nothing to do with the company, but as any workplace, there are some team members who doesn't have self motivation making the motivated ones working harder.

      Pros

      Fellow employees are friendly, and you can buy food on your break directly from the store.

      Cons

      When you first start working, you'll be handed the worst shifts available (I got a 10 hour shift on Monday and working on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights.) Training is basic and short, and they rely on you to keep up with the instore product limits and specials - which are displayed only in the aisles of the store. You're also not allowed a water bottle at your check out, and the breaks are placed quite harshly throughout your shift (still legal, but stretching the time that you're working to make your breaks few and far between, I had only 45 minutes worth of breaktime in a 10 hour shift.) In Click n Collect, your 'picking' rates are displayed to the entire team and the best and worst performances are highlighted, which they literally legally cannot do, it's against the Employees Rights Act . Feedback from the employees are never listened to, and I constantly felt like an annoyance when I asked for help. We were also unknowingly watched on CCTV cameras inside of the Click n Collect room, and stuff that we did (such as going to the bathroom when you're not on your break) were recorded and we were told off.
