I have been working at PRA Health Sciences full-time

    Pros

Allow working remotely for certain positions, competitive base salary, employees are both friendly and engaged.

    Cons

Does not offer competitive benefits. Their short term disabilty benefits which also covers maternity leave has a maximum salary benefit of 60% or a $1000 per week maximum pay out for up to 15 weeks. If you make more than 1k per week then the pay out could be much less than 60%. They do not provide a bonus or equity awards. Additionally their paid time off is at least a week less than my previous two companies.

    Advice to Management

Benefits and PTO really need to be overhauled to remain competitive.

Make more of an attempt to keep in touch with in-sourced employees. Encourage employee development.

    Pros

Great work environment, very standardized procedures and very good software environment

    Cons

Very client-orientated, which is good; however, for this reason it is a company that is willing to underestamate an employee's work for the sake of client satisfaction
