I have been working at PageGroup full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Excellent training team & resources, great flexibility and support for work-life balance, fun and friendly culture that celebrates success without forcing a drink down your throat - anyone is made to feel very welcome. Those who want to move overseas and interstate within the company will also be very well supported and looked after. Bonuses (quarterly) might not be the best out there but are pretty fair and very transparent. Low turnover and good tenure across the business.

    Cons

Too much onus on individuals to open doors to new clients, not enough done by upper management! Pay isn't bad but could be better.

I have been working at PageGroup full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Supportive management but you have to prove to them you are here to stay and for the right reasons (understandable) - Amazing culture, you truely will make friends for life - Best recruitment training I've ever received. You truely will learn best practice in the recruitment world

    Cons

    - This con is pretty standard for most organisations but there is a sub culture in every team at Page Group so your fate does lie in luck that you're in a good team with supportive management and they want to grow you. - Can a times be highly political with a number of stakeholders that require to be pleased (also not a huge con as this is quite standard with any organisation).
