I worked at PageGroup full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I had a fantastic 4 years here. Great career trajectory and you have tangible targets to get promoted. Met some life long friends. Pay is very good. This was my first corporate role and its great they give opportunities to those with no/limited experience. Some fantastic incentives - went on two 5 star rewards trips in Asia.

    Cons

Pretty long working hours, though flexibility was being introduced when I left. ´Phone time´ was a ridiculous KPI which made no sense when measuring results. Because everyone starts at the bottom, certain senior members have spent their entire career here, meaning they are quite tunnel-visioned. There is some bad blood when you leave which is unnecessary, in particular from the MD.

    Advice to Management

Hire some talent at Director level to give the company another perspective. More benefits would be good to keep up with the market. If someone resigns, don´t pretend they never existed.

I worked at PageGroup for more than a year

    Pros

Really strong social engagement. Lots of parties, good place to work if young and single. Did offer some training and reasonably supportive peers.

    Cons

Work hours are excessive and salary is minimal. Turnover is massive so there a constant changes. Arbitrary KPIs and no flexibility often make it hard to do your role effectively, you're often spread to thin to do any one thing effectively.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your staff, be more flexible with hours and KPIs.
