I have been working at PageGroup full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Supportive management but you have to prove to them you are here to stay and for the right reasons (understandable) - Amazing culture, you truely will make friends for life - Best recruitment training I've ever received. You truely will learn best practice in the recruitment world

    Cons

    - This con is pretty standard for most organisations but there is a sub culture in every team at Page Group so your fate does lie in luck that you're in a good team with supportive management and they want to grow you. - Can a times be highly political with a number of stakeholders that require to be pleased (also not a huge con as this is quite standard with any organisation).

    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at PageGroup full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The team and leaving the place

    Cons

The so called transparent bonus The so called 'you get 10% if you bill this' ....all discretionary and they also take money away if you don't 'refer rev' to colleagues People on Performance Management when they've been top billers before yet others aren't....what's that about?! Asking you to hit $75K a qtr and getting 0 commission for anything under that Paying you a crap salary but then hiring others in the business with no track record , on a higher salary out of desperation to fill headcount
