Pros
Pastest is full of a great many capable people, and the product they produce is really something to be proud of.
Cons
Awful in terms of career progression for a junior. I observed very capable devs working there for a few years still on a junior salary, and I had several moved goalposts in the development reviews, especially around working with speculative projects around AI. Also, they went ahead with an unpopular decision to include more office days, without a clear plan for these.
