      Pros

      Path Construction is a great place to work! The leadership team is full of great mentors and supports every team member to excel in the difficult construction industry. Path supports a good work life balance and opportunities to grow no matter what the role. Pay and benefits are at or above industry standards and Path encourages employees to spend time together outside of the office with frequent social events.

      Cons

      Being a nation wide company with offices on each coast, it can be difficult to meet other co-workers in person. However, Path conducts monthly zoom meetings to meet, interact, and learn from fellow co-workers across the country.

      The company has positioned itself for continued growth throughout the country. We have strong leadership at every level and with a push towards the work-life balance. I'm excited for the future, here at Path CC.
