      A lot of potential, but poorly run

      Pros

      The employees are awesome folks. Coming into work was enjoyable most days.

      Cons

      Culturally lacking. Management always seemed to be working in the "micro" space. I had a job with 24+ years of experience and the highest echelons of management would interfere in the day to day.

      Pros

      Plant Manager is probably the best I've ever had in my career. 4 x 10hr weeks with options for OT on Friday and Sat, and all first shift. Flexibility when favoring family. Insurance is pretty decent as well.

      Cons

      Vacation caps off after 3 weeks, plus some PTO days. Sometimes slow to give cost of living raising after dangling the carrot for months.
