    Wouldn’t recommend or suggest to a friend Leaving due to harassment Terrible culture Extremely dishonest management in Sydney Lack of trust in Sydney management No career progression Goal posts constantly changing with commission being taken High performers allowed to bully junior staff Team leaders all hate each other and no synergy between teams No training They promote how good they are to staff but only really care about you if you make $$$

    Pros

    Very reputable agency with established and long standing client relationships. Not heavily KPI driven. Staff turnover low. Great established client base. Good culture and collaborative people. No micromanaging.

    Cons

    There are a number of Account Managers and Managers who have worked with the company for years and run the majority of accounts and often set in their ways and not open to change. Recruitment Consultants do a lot of the work for Account Managers and there are no clearly defined growth plans or room for progression.

    Not a huge amount of pressure to hit call targets like other agencies. Good client base. Some very experienced and long-serving recruitment specialists.

    Cons

    Commission structure undervalues resourcers. Training and development could be more cohesive.

    Peoplebank is a clear market leader in IT and digital contract and Permanent recruitment. The team are focussed and disciplined, yet able to work in a mature and flexible work environment.
