Good pay, good benefits, generous owners, challenging work, hard working coworkers and they always do something special for holidays/events to show they care about their employees
Cons
There are not a lot of negatives with PGS. If you are doing your job correctly and being respectful of your coworkers, you will really enjoy a good career here.
