Pros
Family owned. There are some really great people who work here. I have a lot of friends that I hang out with outside of work. Perlick is what you make of it. Because leadership has turned over so much in the past 2 years, there is tremendous freedom to make a decision and implement it with few setbacks. Lots of opportunities to do what you want to do if you are willing to put in the work.
Cons
Lots of turnover. Too many changes in management makes for an unstable culture. The people who run the company are actually the people who have been there a while and just keep doing business as usual regardless of whatever ideas come from the leadership team.
