      laid back, easy. boring. mostly BAU, good perks on race days

      No KPIs and accountability, toxic environment and incompetency, no drive for success or improvement. Everything is outdated

      Pros

      I enjoy working at Perth Racing. It's a good environment, with relatively good people, and reasonable pay. Everyone at the job is usually quite nice and it's good to get along with the staff and management. Available shifts during weekend racedays which is useful for school/uni.

      Cons

      Not many weekday shifts available if you have other commitments (e.g., school or university).
