      Pros

      Talented colleagues, globally was a good culture.

      Cons

      Our region saw dishonesty and fraud. Not from the head office. Incredibly that person is still in employment, despite HO knowing. What does that say about the company, you work it out.

      Thank you for providing your honest feedback. Glad to hear that you enjoyed working with your colleagues and the working culture. I am sorry that your experience at Pexip has not been the best. Not sure I can comment on the fraud sentence since I am not entirely sure what you are referring to. Pexip has the highest integrity when it comes to our business and employees. If you can offer anymore insight into what may have happened please reach out to our CPO so we have a better understanding on how to fix it.

      Going Down Fast

      Pros

      - Great people - Higher end of rem if you get a bonus - Party culture can be fun

      Cons

      - Slow process - Freedom and Responsibility mean people do nothing all day - Cash burn rate so high there have been multiple redundancies - No confidence in SLT as no accountability for their actions - Stratergy has changed multiple times this year - Product is old and outdated with no innovation - Uses slack to communicate, people don't use email - No career path - A sinking ship, probably more redundancies coming due to large churn (per market reports)

Appreciate your honesty when it comes to accountability, our product enhancement, and our processes. You are right. We are working through a new transition period at the moment where we are experiencing bumps along the way as we work through new change together as one team. We are working really hard to pivot the company and provide alignment globally. Not sure I agree that our people do nothing all day. Our people are working extremely hard to execute on our new strategy for 2023. Again, I appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback as all and any feedback is welcomed and helpful.       All about people even through tough times

      Pros

      The people are lovely, lots of autonomy and flexibility, opportunity to work across different regions, management genuinely care about people.

      Cons

      Decision making tends to go in circles. Maybe people are so nice so they don't want to simply say no. Training delivery is not great- overuse of video calls with powerpoint presentations.

I agree with your statement that management truly cares about their employees and wants to make sure everyone is successful and happy within their positions and workload. Training is something that we are working hard on developing out for 2023. We know this is a pain point within our organization and we have a goal to build out our training programs in the new year.
