There's been an exodus of scientists in last 2-3 years, I wonder why. Could it be that scientists needed a secure environment where they could contribute freely without fear? Could it be they needed to feel motivated rather than become a data-generating bot? Could it be they needed to feel trusted without being stabbed in the back by upper management? Could it be they needed acts rather than propaganda of empowerment? The answer, my friend, is blowing in the wind....

As in every company, many colleagues were great to work with!
Cons
PCYC became terrible once AbbVie got involved. Bad management, Lack of integrity, Toxic culture, No growth/development, Terrible work/life balance, Very political, Major disconnect between upper management and research. I would stay away.
