I didn't feel decisions related to promotions were being made on merit. I felt they were more based on how well you get along with your manager and emotions based.

Fantastic people - talented, fun, and collaborative. Caring and supportive colleagues and leaders. Great products and more coming down the pipe. Growth opportunities are endless. Just had my five-year anniversary and love ot here as much today as I did at the start. It's awesome.

Growing pains at times as we are expanding quite fast.
