    An old company that is trying to change to fit into the new age business world. Generous Salary structure.

    Cons

    Lack of support and ongoing training. Old school strategies in a new world. No REAL room for advancement within the company.

    Large variety in different business units. The fin serv story makes sense, and it growing.

    The only good thing is the benefits

    Cons

    Pay is horrible, internal promotion rare, and no feedback is given after an interview, management doesn’t have a backbone to senior management the job duties are too much for just an hourly employee

    Pros

    a 100 year old company. Superior product.

    Cons

    The company is definitely constantly trying to evolve due to the changes in the industry. They do not care for their clients. The only way to hit target is to oversell your clients on products and/or features that they do not need.

    Great incentives to increase sales and create friendly competition.

    Cons

    Management is overworked and understaffed. They spend most of the day in meetings watching metrics, and that makes it hard to created great customer satisfaction.

    Pros

    If management can see potential in you, there is a ton of training on offer.

    Cons

    Atmosphere in the office can be tense, if targets aren't hit, everyone is in a mood. Plus, the whole stealing someone else's sale is a thing here, it's not a 'team', it's everyone in for themselves.
