I worked at Pitney Bowes full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Flexi timing, cab facility, normal routine work load.

    Cons

Managers are the owners of the company. Even HR acts like pimp of manager and is always against the employee. They use all the power the position gives to manipulate things to suite them, They never think about the employee or his career or his family etc. No job security, no management support, no good hikes, the company is running out of cash, see the stocks it has been in single digit for quiet some time now. Don't hire people if you don't have work, the employee doesn't come to you asking for job, you go out and put ad for hiring, and also through consultant as they'll sell the job on your behalf. No one knows about the brand and the name here in India. You have got all those GPTW awards by crook ways. Ask any employee and he'll say he hasn't filled the survey, then who the hell fills the survey on behalf of employees.
