I have been working at Pitney Bowes full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Nothing at all, management need to get sensible people on board

    Cons

No direction, running headless and senseless doing repetitive things. There is no value of talent. Management just showcase big things, they got nothing to deliver. Poor initiatives, hard working people are not valued, too much of politics and nepotism. I can write an essay on all the poor practices done here but i will save my time by not throwing stones in the mud. Inefficient management. Management delivers lecture on worklife balance but they themselves do not know how to balance their lives, their mood swings, their hard working employees. Moody people all around, poor showcasing of ethics and values. The recent “goa theme virtual townhall” was the most immature thing i had ever seen across the industry. I laughed for full one hour and i advice you to please get some sense and realistic stuff in place.
