    Pros

No Pros left since 2019! Except People You will read in other reviews pros like work life balance, work from home, cabs facility, decent appraisal. All these are Now either removed by management or diplomatically restricted by the management policies. PB is no longer what It used to be.

    Cons

India Management is Non Existent and Too much Politics has degraded work environment. Work From Home Policy is scrapped( no longer exist ) in India since 2019. Cabs are reduced and transport team will make Extra Long cab routes to harass employees and make your travel time worse Company always thinking on Cost Cutting due to ever growing debt, Company recently sold half of it business and India employees are being fired Insurance cover and medical facility has reduced over the years

I have been working at Pitney Bowes full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Manish Choudhary's leadership-enormous amount of wisdom and energy. Plenty of growth opportunities if you are ready to put in hard work and avoid distractions Unique combination - stability of 90+years comapny and startup inspired innovation focus and risk taking capabilities. Employee friendly policies as long as they are not abused.

    Cons

Credit stealing-things done by Indian engineers are presented by US based hotshots as their own creation. Divide and rule- Sole motive of few folks in headquarters is either to distract India based folks with politics or keep them busy on mundane maintenance work. Freeloaders-Employee friendly policies and flexible work environment is mostly misused and abused by a lot of folks, this frustrates quiet and hardworking employees who come to office not just for a pay cheque.

I worked at Pitney Bowes for less than a year

    Pros

Strong work life balance and company is good to you till the time of your resignation.

    Cons

There are some excellent people in US. But the India set up seems to be designed to rip off the US parent company. Whole India management (HR & top managers) is managed by a closed set of people who seems to have their own kind of network inside company. Perfect recipe for gossiping.
