      Pros

      A place where an employees work is appreciated. Work life balance. Credits to the management. Great work, keep it up. HR people are very friendly and helpful. Great job, continue the same!!!

      Cons

      Conduct regular meetings with the employees to know their thoughts about the company, what they feel. Sometimes hard time comes and the management need to support at at that time.
