Pros
Very friendly compagny that offers a lovely and playful work atmosphere. Free hot/cold drinks, fresh fruits and a comfortable work environment. Company also offers compensation for BVG ticket or lunch expenses and free language classes. Colleagues are very friendly and helpful and managers are always open to a talk. The international side of the company is also a very nice aspect. Great place to learn new things and evolve in your own field.
Cons
Sometimes, the company lacks vision on the long term, which can be tricky for people who need more directions in their work than others on a daily basis.

great relationship with the collegues, well located, good benefits. the firm gives you the opportunity to be independant and is easy to reach. The managers are open and trustworthy. There is opportunity to raise within the company as well. The company is pet friendly.
Cons
The workload can change from one day to another.
