Pros

Pizza almost every week as well as various food trucks. Free Red Bull. Some good employees. Ample breaks.

Cons

The place is RIFE with nepotism. Mom,Dad,Brother AND sister all worked at the same place. This is a buddy buddy kind of place so if "Mom" dont like you you're pretty much done. I suggest not even speaking in here for your first 6 months until your completely union.

zero personal growth, worklife balance, Do or Die, No out time, You will not know when is last day for you for this company. Lot of politics, Surprising thing is HR do mental harassment till you leave the company.

Tuition reimbursement up to 100%, benefits, working on the cutting edge of innovation.

Cons

Unfriendly department heads, absolutely useless Human Resources department. Once sat in a meeting where the head of H.R. invited the other department heads to do their "best impersonation" of other employees who weren't present at the meeting. A very high school clique kind of atmosphere created by H.R.
