Pros
- Casual work environment - Great work/life balance - Snacks (plus breakfast on Friday) - Vacation/Sick
Cons
PriceGrabber just recently had massive layoffs due to losing existing business and lack of new business. Although great work/life balance, the company hasn't done anything substantial in years, making it increasingly irrelevant and dependent on one division. The pay is not competitive, nor is the environment, so a lackadaisical, complete lack of urgency is commonplace. Because the environment is so laid back, almost everything is done behind closed doors. No one has the guts to make waves, even when completely necessary, because the environment they have created. It makes for a very frustrating place to learn and conduct business. Not a place to jumpstart a career.
