    Pros

very nice team, organised online interview process, nice co-workers

    Cons

Training can be a bit content heavy and confusing, at least for me. I guess this is necessary though.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Probe Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Very relaxed, nobody cares because salary is $21.54 per hour plus OTE which can be $1 to $2.5. Best if you can work on less salary and no hassle.

    Cons

This place is a pit, a quicksand where you will feel so relaxed and chilled out that it will not let you get out. So people who want to grow shall exit as soon as possible. Licking boss's a word is a growth mantra here more than anywhere else. Management changes happens every few months.

I worked at Probe Group full-time

    Pros

There were no Pros to this workplace

    Cons

Alot of the staff kept using the n-word (even though they were black). The amount of turnover occurring in that place was ridiculous. Very weird working environment and almost toxic. No boundaries were respected.

    Pros

If you need a job they will basically hire everyone lol

    Cons

Everything from training and support is terrible, sketchy business practises, they do not care about you or give you support, they cut hours without notifying you, they did not deal with a COVID case in the best way, the pay is minimum for such a hard job, managers, circle leaders and support are blunt, rude and simply just ignore you sometimes when they don’t know what they’re doing, like I said they do not care about you at all and I would seek employment elsewhere

    Pros

They hire so many people you make work friends easily and I enjoyed working in a diverse workplace.

    Cons

Where do I begin... I'll start by just explaining my experience with Probe. I was hired by the company in May in the height of the pandemic. Along with 70 over people, our training was in the La Trobe Office which was for two weeks and then we were supposed to have a two week nesting period (live on the phones with lots of support), good plan i thought. We were told we may be moving to the North Richmond which was confusing as our contract and the job ad said La Trobe not North Richmond. The trainer John was excellent and should be working for a much better company than Probe. His training was the only organised and good experience while I was at Probe. Now training was over and they hired another 70 people so our trainer left and we went live for our nesting period, about 5 circle leaders where stretched to manage this room of 70 newbies on calls, so we all had our hands up for help with customers holding for 20-30 minutes. Some of the circle leaders were okay, however some were extremely rude and clearly on a power trip, one of the circle leaders swore at my colleague for making a mistake on his first week. He also gossiped about new staff in front of me to another circle leader. During the end of nesting we were told we would be moving to North Richmond to 'Stress test a brand new floor' they would not give us a time frame for how long we would be here (almost 2 months and counting) We arrived at north Richmond this floor was not new and they had lied to us, it is unclean with an inconvenient location. It started off okay at this office I worked with a lot of other people who had lost jobs due to covid and made quite good friends until chaos occurred last week, a worker had tested positive for COVID on level 5, that level had been evacuated, which raised concerns as to why Level 6 wasn't evacuated as we move desks every shift between level 5 & 6 regularly (sharing desks during a health pandemic is already a red flag) management responded with it doesn't matter because she was on level 5. Even though both floors were sharing lunch rooms and desks. In my opinion the whole building should be evacuated, there are hundreds of staff and each desk is so close to another. Now you would think they would advise Level 5 to not coming into work no not at probe! They have texted all staff on Sunday to be back at work on Monday business is running as usual (we were advised of positive result on Friday). My whole experience at Probe has been shocking. If you are looking for work at the moment and are considering Probe but are in a financial situation to keep looking, I highly recommend to keep looking. If you need the job and money, then don't take this job to seriously or take anything personal, it's not you its Probe. Good luck!

I worked at Probe Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

They're so desperate for employees you're basically guaranteed a position, coworkers and team leaders are quite nice and easy to get along with

    Cons

Severe upper management problem. They do not care about the well-being of their employees and do not tolerate any feedback on their way of handling things. Blatantly anti-union and treat you like an idiot or a criminal if you don't behave like a robot. They claim there's upwards mobility in the role but only if you're able to enforce their toxic environment of micromanagement. They value targets over empathy. Monotonous and depressing work.
